I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire
University in December 2024, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at
Texas Tech University. My goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
As a counseling intern, I am committed to providing collaborative, client-centered
care that supports growth, insight, and sustainable change. I approach the therapeutic
relationship with the belief that clients are the experts of their own experiences. I integrate
a person-centered and systems perspective, offering guidance, evidence-informed tools,
and a supportive environment tailored to each individual’s needs. I am passionate about
fostering self-awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and addressing patterns that
impact overall well-being. My goal is to create a respectful and empowering space where
clients can engage in meaningful reflection and move toward their goals with clarity and
confidence.
