My work experience prior to private practice was with the TN Department of Corrections/Children's Services as well as working at Youth Villages as an Adoption Counselor. I have worked inpatient mental health and outpatient as well while residing in East Texas for 13 years. I also had a private practice providing counseling services in nursing homes in that area. Since moving to Mississippi in 2000, I have been providing therapy to adults in the Desoto County area. My areas of expertise include trauma- informed therapy, depression and anxiety, grief and loss as well as helping others with life transition such as retirement, caregiving, and issues relating to aging. I am passionate about helping people with their soul care. 
 

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy fitness and exercise. I also love to travel and enjoy attending and serving in my church.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006, and I have been EMDR trained since 2016.
