I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC)  dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate support tailored to the unique needs of adolescents, adults, couples, military members and families, and first responders. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, centered on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to work alongside you to identify your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and foster meaningful, lasting changes. My practice is guided by the principles of honesty, open-mindedness, cultural humility, and willingness. My therapeutic approach combines several evidence-based practices that strive for a focus on person-centered care that supports emotional, relational, and personal wellness. 

I have experience working in a multitude of areas including trauma-informed care, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction/recovery, communication, and relational issues. I have experience working with mid- to late-adolescent ages and up. I have training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention strategies and strive to continue learning other forms of therapy to provide what is needed for my clients. 

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Military and First Responder Culture from Walden University. I hold bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Social Work from the University of Mississippi.
