Join us for a day of wellness and connection at Community Mental Health Day! The event will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Desoto Family Counseling and Pediatric Therapy Center Parking lot. This family-friendly event promotes self-care and rejuvenation for the mind, soul, and body. Our activities will include rock painting, nature and art-focused activities, flower bouquets, bounce houses, animals from the humane society, coffee  /food trucks, and more! Everyone in the community is welcome to join this free event!
